I went to look up the probability of 2DAQ1PM and It’s not one of the markers. I guess this is what you meant by samples not be comparable?

Just found this frequency table for DQA1 and the polymarkers in various populations

But I wouldn't get too wrapped up in the frequencies. This test is not very discriminatory. The frequency of a random match is about 1 in 10,000.

For this reason test is mainly used for exclusion purposes
